How do I return?

  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original, brand new condition
  • Unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging

 

RETURN POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We can replace items if they are defective or damaged when they left our facility. If we have the same item in stock, we can replace it with the same item. If that item is out of stock, unfortunately we cannot replace it with the same item; however, we can replace it with an item of equal value. The shipping expense is on us if there was a defect or damage when it left our warehouse. That judgement is left to our management team to decide.

If it is an error on our part, we will replace it with the correct size or new item once you return the wrong or defective item to us. We will send a call tag to ship the wrong item back to us.

If you order the wrong size or there is no wrongdoing on our part, we'll still work with you to help get you what you need! We will exchange your product at your expense for shipping. If an item is discontinued, unfortunately we are unable to exchange it.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale, closeout, or discontinued items cannot be refunded or exchanged.


Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item, unless we are at fault for wrong size, defect, or damaged item before leaving our warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so this could help cover any possible shipping issues.

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for return
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping unless it was our mistake

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
